Approved commercial summary. Full agreement to follow.

• What the programme covers. The standard 90-day programme covers one clinic location and one priority treatment: campaign planning, Meta advertising, approved creative, a conversion page, CRM and lead routing, agreed Patient Concierge work, consultation-sales support and reporting. Extra locations, channels, major rebuilds and external production require separate agreement.
• What the clinic is responsible for. Clinical assessment, treatment recommendations, patient care, approving materials, providing availability and recording outcomes.
• Fees and advertising budget. The full-service programme is £3,000 per month plus VAT where applicable. Service fees are paid monthly in advance: month one clears at signing, with later payments on days 31 and 61. Advertising spend is paid separately by the clinic. Separately agreed production, software and other pass-through costs are additional. Any lower-cost route has a reduced scope recorded in writing.
• Term, notice and what happens at the end. The initial term is 90 days from the date both the agreement is signed and the first service fee clears. Continuation is not automatic and requires a new written agreement. The approved 30-Day Clinic Accelerator Fit Guarantee allows written notice by 23:59 UK time on day 30 to end the programme, refund the first service fee within 10 working days and cancel remaining scheduled service fees. Advertising spend and separately invoiced pass-through costs are excluded. Full claim, exclusion and offboarding terms belong in the signed agreement.
• Ownership of accounts and data. The clinic retains its advertising accounts, its data and completed clinic-specific deliverables. Funnel Systems retains reusable templates, methods and background intellectual property. Access is returned or removed during offboarding.
• Advertising compliance. The clinic supplies accurate treatment information, claims evidence, permissions and clinical approval. Campaigns require the agreed review and approval before release. Funnel Systems does not guarantee platform approval, enquiry volume, patient numbers, revenue or return.
